Who Is Alec?
For his last two years of high school, Alec attended the Saint Augustine Home School Enrichment Program, where he studied History, Classical Literature, Latin, Writing, and Classical Philosophy (which he thoroughly enjoyed).
Alec plans to study fine arts and illustration in college. He enjoys drawing, painting watercolors for friends and family, playing last-generation videogames, reading graphic-novels, making fun of B-rated movies with his friends, banging a beat with household objects, and entertains thoughts of being a hip-hop sensation.
Alec has been drawing since -- he doesn't know. There were class-clowns, he was the class-artist. He would be asked to draw pictures for fellow classmates. He has taken several art classes, one of which was taught by a teacher from the Rudolph Steiner School in Ann Arbor. Alec knew he wanted to be an artist ever since the fireman idea and ice-cream man idea faded out of the picture (he wanted to be an ice-cream man so he could eat all the goods and consequently have zero profits). He developed an interest in newspaper comics when he got older, which then developed into a graphic-novel specific interest after being introduced to the work of Doug Tennapel in high school.
